EAST TAMAKI DAIRY CO., LTD.
The output of butter from the East Tamaki Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., last month was 92 tons 18cwt as against 59% tons for the corresponding month last year. The payout for December was £13,289, at the rate of 1/8%. plus %d for shares, as against £8055 at 1/5% per lb for butterfat. The total butter made for the seven months of the season was 391% tons, as against 377 tons for the whole of last season. The supply is holding well, and there is every prospect for another big increase for the month of January.
