Certificates are awarded as follows:—BLUE (4 points) : Kathleen Neely, Esme West, Queenie Clark, Mary Sheehan, Jean Barclay, Keith Mosheim, Roy Neely, Peggy Dash wood, Coral Leece. PINK (3 points) : Arthur Feasey, Dick Feasey, Lorna Feasey, Arthur Osborne, John White Creamer, Noel Hewitt, Sheila Quinn. In the competition for the best ending to the story, Kathleen Neely, 34, West End Road, Heme Bay, age 16, comes first; Bessie Spooner, 61, Tine Street, Mount Eden, age 16, comes second; Sheila Quinn, Tennyson Street, Mount Eden, age 15, third; Bonald Sutcliffe, 6, Crown Street, Royal Oak, age 15, fourth; and John Creamer, Wilson Street, Ellerslie, age 16, fifth.
