Ouonjr Hing, a Chinese living at Pan mure, prosecuted by the inspector of the S-PC-A. for cruelty to a horse, did not appear to answer the charge at the Police Conrt this roornmg. The inspector stated that the hor*e had been worked with an old sore oa its shoulder where tie collar fitted. Defendant was lined £3 antf oast*.
