REJOICING AT MALTA.
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 12 noon.) MALTA, November 20. There is much rejoicing at Lady Strickland's promise of £5000 a year during her life and £100,000 under her will for the establishment of a Roman Catholic college for boys run on English lines.
