MOTOR CYCLISTS INJURED.
CHILD FALLS FROM ROOF.
Riding to the race meeting at Avondale on Saturday, a motor eve! ist, Victor Geoigo Penny, of Astlev Avenue, New Lynn, collided with a motor car at the junction of Brown's Road and New North Road, Avondale. He was thrown heavily and sustained concussion of the brain. His condition was reported to-dav to be fairly serious. William Walters, aged 18, of Northcote, received a severe scalp wound as ™V eS i a , from his m °tor evclc e»teiday, and also received hosp'ital tieatment His condition is not serious. A boy of eight years, Robert Greacen, whose parents live in Tavlor Street Avondale South, was admitted to the Hospital last evening suffering from a fractured skull the result of a fall from the roof of a building. His condition was reported to-day to be considerably improved.
