ADJUDICATED A BANKRUPT.
CREDITORS' PETITION GRANTED. Reserved judgment wa3 delivered by Mr. Justice Smith in a bankruptcy case in which a motion was moved by Builders' Supplies, Ltd. (Mr. Purser), to have J. A. Mason, builder (Mr. Quartley), adjudicated a bankrupt. His Honor said that judgment debtor had not satisfied the Court that the petitioning creditors had acted with malice, as had been contended in the course of the hearing. They had simply exercised their legal rights and were entitled to an order for adjudication. The order was accordingly made.
