SEYDLITZ FROM SCAPA FLOW. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 2. The Seydlitz, which was sunk at Scapa Flow in 1919, was floated, bottom upwards, to-day.
