REPARATIONS.
ITALIAN IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, November 2. Signor Perelli, who was the Italian delegate on the Imperial Dawes Committee and has been appointed a member of tho new expert committee to examine the reparations question, has made a short visit to London and yesterday had a conversation with the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill. It is understood that the Chancellor informed Signor Perelli of the discussion which he had in Paris with M. Poincare and Mr. Parker Gilbert, the AgentGeneral for Reparations, regarding the constitution of the expert committee. I Signor Perelli is proceeding to Paris 1 to-day.
