"Martians can talk to Martians by the visualisation of objects as easily jg you can talk by speech," said Mr. Mansfield Robinson, psychic investigator, and formerly town clerk of Shorediteh, to a "Star" representative.

Moreover, he said, he had journeyed to Mars. "My etheric body has travelled at the speed of light. It was an amazing experience. I saw a huge red globe to which I approached holding a guide's hand."

He claims that he has held regular communication with Martians by an instrument resembling a slender maltese cross balanced on an upright needle and designed to measure the vital force linking mind and matter, whereby he communicates with a woman guide named Comaruru, meaning "loved one."

He also says that he secured photographs through a medium, including "Comaruru's," features resembling Indians, but with enormous ears over which hair is draped for the purpose of ftjnHing their detriment to beauty.

Mr. Robinson adds: "Comaruru is a lovable personality. These experiments are due to her insistence." He asserts that Martian men average 7ft Bin in height and the women 6ft. The race lias the strongest physique and at least fivefold the energy of humans.

, Martians possess motor cars and railways. They electrify fruit trees enabling fruit, resembling the apple, to contain all the constituents of nourishment. Three make one day's meals.

The "Daily Mail" states that, at the request of Mr. Mansfield Robinson, a psychic investigator, formerly town derk of Shoreditch, an attemptlto communicate by wireless with Mars will be made on Wednesday, when it will be nearest to the earth. A message will be dispatched from the Rugby station en an 18,500 metre wave-length. Post Office engineers will listen-in for a reply on a special receiving set at St. Albans. This will be tuned to a 30,000 metre- wavelength, which Mr. Robinson ■ays he believes is used on Mars.

Mr. Rohinson will hand in a five-word message to the central radio office, in London, which will cost 1/6 a word. He alleges that he is in telepathic communication with a woman inhabitant of Mars, who has laid down the conditions of the experiment. It is assumed by Mr. Robinson that' the Martians understand the wireless process, though not words, and that thy will repeat the dots and dashes to the earth.
