LABOUR LEADER'S TOUR.

INVERCARGILL, Sunday

The Leader of the Opposition, Mr. H. E. Holland, spoke at Winton last evening to an audience which filled the hall to overflowing. Many of those present had come from a distance to hear Mr. Holland, and they were rewarded with a forceful speech in which the Reform Administration was criticised and the Labour party's platform outlined.

Mr. Holland was given an attentive hearing, although it was obvious from occasional questions and interjections that by no means all present were in sympathy with him and his party. At the conclusion of his address he was accorded a vote of thanks by acclamation. '
