THE THAMES CLUB.
THAMES, this day.
Much activity has been displayed on the Thames greens during the last month or so in preparation for the coming season. The club has this year been presented by Messrs. A. E. Court and F. E. These will"be known as the Court-McCullough memorial badges, in honour of the late Mr. Alfred Court and the late Mr. William McCullongh.
Quite a number of interclub fixtures have been arranged for during tbe season with Hamilton, Paeroa, Wafhi, Te Aroba, Hikutala, Coromandel and Grey Lynn, while tbe champion of champions competition in full rinks and. singles will necessitate a fair amount *of travelling by many of the members. -
