CONFER NEXT WEEK.
DOMINION CONFERENCE.
An important conference to be held in Auckland on Thursday next at the Farmers' Trading Co.'s rooms is that of the New Zealand Grain and Produce Merchants' Federation. Delegates will be present from all the chief towns of the Dominion, from Invercargill up. The New Zealand president, Mr. Chas. F. Rosser (Auckland), will preside. Auckland delegates will be Messrs. R. W. Bennett, M. B. Iggulden, E. A. Perkins and N. Nelson. Members of the executive who are expected to attend are: Messrs. J. J. Cony (vice-preeideat, Blenheim), A. H. Courtis (Invercargill), E. E. Stoupe (Wellington), F. L. Smith (Ashburton), F. Shrimpton (Timarn), J. H. Stevenson . (Napier), and W. H. Prentis (Auckland).
Business to be dealt with will include a review of graders' work, trade terms between New Zealand and Australia, and seed terms with consideration of Arbitration methods, marketing and shipment of produce.
