ST. JOHN AMBULANCE.
THE AUCKLAND DIVISION.
A successful reexamination and inspection was carried out at brigade headquarters, Rutland Street. The examiners were District Surgeon Dr. Neil McDougall and Divisional Surgeon Dr. Watson. Botk doctors remarked on the high efficiency of the members, both in practical and theoretical work, 100 per cart of passes being obtained in the examination. • The inspection was carried out by Commissioner C. J. Tunks, Senior District Superintendent F. J. Hutchinson and District Ofßcer Probert. A good muster was present, and the commissioner commented on the high efficiency of the division, both in public duty and on parade. It is interesting to note that the Auckland diviiion was the first ambulance division to be. formed outside the British Isles, and .is about to commemorate its 3pth anniversary. ,
