He first of all expressed the desire, to <*<, under the floor of the theatre, and h e made - a thorough exploration. Afterward* he examined the walls and then sallied out in heavy rain and through thick muddy ground to enter the sewer tunnel, which is alleged to have caused the damage. The actions are brought by the owner and lessee of the building, which is a concrete structure opened in July, 1926. I.t lias seating accommodation for about 700 'people.
