In pursuance of the Electoral Act, 1927, I, ERWIN SHARIIAN MOLONY, Returning Officer 'for the Electoral District of AUCKLAND CENTRAL, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the 19th day of October, 1928, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as Member for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be Noon on the 29th day of October, 1928, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the 6aid district on the 14th day of --November, 1928. And I hereby give notice that I shall, on. the Tenth Day of November, 1928, at the hour of 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon, at my Office in 21, High Street, publicly consider all Nomination Papers of persons to appoint Scrutineers which have been duly lodged in respect of the said Licensing Poll.
