At the auction sale conducted to-day by C. F. Bennett, Ltd., a property situated at the corner of St. Paul's and Wakefield Streets and comprising a twostorey concrete block on a freehold section with 33ft frontage to Wakefield Street and 75ft frontage to St. Paul's Street was sold for £5350. The bidding was commenced at £5250.
