A discussion took place regarding the payment, of insurance claims received in recent weeks. It Wa6 stated that the year had been a particularly heavyone In the matter of casualties, and that the fund established by .the clubs' premiums with the A.F.A.'s subsidy had been exhausted. The recommendation of the finance committee that the remaining claims be met from the profits accuring from the queen carnival was adopted.

Tramways Club offered to play a match v. the Rest on Labour Day oa behalf of the Injured players' fund and the suggestion wag noted.

Permission was. granted for .Kent's Ltd. business house team and the Tung Jung Chinese team to play a curtain-raiser as an injured player's benefit match -at Huntlv m Labour Day.
