FRENCH NATIONAL TROPHY. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 12 noon.) BOULOGNE, September i). Major Malcolm Campbell, driving a Delage car and covering the 278 miles in 3h 52m 34 4-ss, averaged 74 miles per hour and won the French national trophy.
