(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this dav. The Plunket Medal for oratory, open to students of Victoria University College was won by Mr. W. J. Mountjov on Saturday niglit. Miss C. S. Ford'e was second, and Mr. H. I. For.le was third. Mr. W. J. Hall was hiplilv commended.
