WIFE LEAVES HOME.
ORDERED TO RETURN.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", this day. In the Supreme Court to-day an order for restitution of conjugal rights was made on a petition by John Stanley Carr, farm labourer, of Opotu, near Taumarunui, against Nellie Rboda Carr. Petitioner said that in December, 1926 he received a letter from his wife, who was then at Wanganui, stating that she did not want to have anything more to do with him. He went to Wanganui, where he interviewed her, and received a very unsatisfactory explanation. She had since refused to live with him. The Court made an order for the wife to return to her husband's domicile within 11 days.
