TUBERCULOSIS COMMITTEE. VALUE OF HOME TREATMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDLN, this day. Speaking at a meeting of the Otago Hospital Board, Dr. Lyth, medical director of the Tuberculosis Institution, commented on the Tuberculosis Inquiry Committee's report. He stated that the policy of retaining patients longer than the period intended originally was forecd on superintendents by the unsatisfactory results of a brief educational treatment.
