McAlister, G. Field, R. Smith, I. Small, J. Madgwick, J. McCormick, I. McKerchar, E. Hegh, Mrs. Callenar. GAMES AT DABGAVILLE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVILLE, Wednesday. At Dargaville this afternoon the men's hockey match between the Northern Wairoa and Whangarei Clubs resulted in a draw, one goal each. A. L. Paterson scored for Whangarei and W. Castle for Northern Wairoa.
The Kaipara ladies' team notched three goals (N. Sills, K. Wallace and E. Weston) to the Whangarei ladles one (Mrs. McLeod).
GAMES AT DAICNEVTRKE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKB, Wednesday. In the ladles' hockey competition for the Napera Cap, Dannevlrke and Rnahine withstood Manawatu's challenge, winning by 4 goals to 2. The following scored for the winners: D. Foreman, A. McKlnnon, A. Gunderson, F. Rendle, and for the losers R. Duthie scored twice. The Dannevlrke men maintained their season's unbeaten record by beating Pending In the Winter Shield Challenge game by 2 goals.
