PHOTO OF "LINDY."
PHILADELPHIA, August 17. The broadcast of a photograph fro:r. an aeroplane was successfully accomplished here for what is believed to be the first time in history. The photograph was that of Colonel Charles Lindbergh, and it was broadcast while the 'plane flew high over the city. The broadcast was received on more than 100 special sets in various localities of the Philadelphia district.
