The prisoner, a lad seventeen Tears of age, had pleaded guilty to assart vritk intent on a female, and to indecent assault. He was sentenced to be detains ni the Borstal Institution for five vmt. Mr. C. S. Thomas had stated tiat prisoner was not quite normal, and had urged that he should be placed under supervision, and that his name be sm»pressed. P"
