(Iteceived 11 a.m.) CANBERRA, this day. Mr. S. M. Bruce announced that the Government is unlikely to a ft. ion in declaring the Hon. E. G. Theodole's seat vacant as a result of tne I.ambrrt Commission finding, which w®s that there was no specific offence disclosed against the Electoral Act.
