Attention was drawn to a report of a g.1.1110 between the Harbour Board staffs of the Prince's wharf and King's wharf, which was inadvertently included in a report of the Suburban Association games. The players desired to make it cjuito clear that the game was played strictly under the jurisdiction of the Auckland Football Association. A telegram was sent to the New Zealand Council protesting against its decision that Y.M.C.A. should travel to Whangarei to meet Waro Wanderers in the Chatham ip tic on Saturday. It was pointed out the absence of Y.M.C.A. on Saturday would seriously interfere with the local competitions. The council will be informed that no senior grade games will be played in Auckland on Saturday, August 4, in view of the Rugby League international match.
