REPORT IN PREPARATION. (Kr Telegraph—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON. Tuesday. At present the Department of Education is preparing a lengthy and important report lor the Government upon the subject of providing vaiied training for children from the ageoorl r J'2. When npp'vviched on the subject today the Director of Education (Mr. T. B. Strong) stated that he wis not able to discuss the position. The po-sition would be put before tlie Government at the earliest possible date.
