Alfred Buekland and Sons, Ltd., report that at their weekly Westfield fat stock market to-day their beef pens contained 322 head, compared with 381 at last Wednesday's sale, comprising 201 steers, 121 cows and heifers. There were several consignments of extra choice ox. Values for this class were firmer. Other classes of ox beef were unchanged. Prime young cow and heifer beef was also better worth.
