12.65 INCHES IX THREE DAYS. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. Heavy rain fell all yesterday and throughout the night, and at nine o'clock this morning there was no prospect oi its clearing. In all, 6.8 inches of rain was recorded in the 24 hours which ended at 8 a.m. to-day, making over 10 inches for the 48 hours. At noon heavy rain from tlie east was 1 still falling.
