SLEEVES MUST BE WORN.
QUEEN'S DRESS FASHION. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 23. Despite the prevailing heat, also the fact that sleeveless frocks are at present the fashion, the Queen remains adamant and sleeves must lie worn at the Royal garden party. It is common knowledge that the Queen is rigidly opposed to anything approaching immodesty in dress. Dresses will also be longer than for some years.
