Titles To £43,000,000 In Chancery. "JARNDYCE v. JARNDYCE." (Received 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Mrs. Douglas .Jennings, of North Sydney, received cabled advicc that she was included among the 45 claimants who established a title to £43,000,000 in chancery, unrler the estate of William Jennings, who possessed extensive factory sites in Birmingham, in addition to big holdings in the East India Company. The proving of this claim ends a law suit made immortal by Charles Dickens as the world famous case of versus Jannlyce in "Bleak House." Other Australian beneficiaries are living at West Wyalong and Melbourne.
