WHEEL BREAKS HIS LEG. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WHAXGAREI. this day. Henry Penney was slowing up his car in front of his house late on Sunday afternoon when his son, Vincent. fiA years old. attempted to jump on to the running board. He missed his footing and slipped, and the back wheel pa>sed over his causing a compound fracture. At. the time of the mishap the father was entirely unaware of the child's proximity to the car. The boy was removed to hospital, from which the latest reports give hope of his speedy recovery.
