NEGLIGENCE ALLEGED.
COLLISION AT TAUAHERE. CAR DRIVER CHARGED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", Monday. Cyril McLeod, dairy company employee, of Frankton, was charged in the Police Court to-day with negligent driving, dangerous driving, and failure to pass on the right or off side of another vehicle. The charge arose out of an accident which occurred, at Tamahere on July 1, when McLeod's car crashed into a stationary taxi, driven by John Muir, of Frankton.
