Labour Minister Charged As Responsible. CIVIL WAR THREAT. (Australian Press Assn. —United Service.) MEXICO CITY, July 22. The Mexican Government is considering the question of holding an investigation into charges made by supporters of the late General Obrcgon that Senor Luis Marones,. Minister of Labour, created an imti-Obregon atmosphere and so was partly responsible for his assassination. The farmer bloc is demanding Senor Mn rones' resignation •nd threatening a civil war.
