CLEARING EGYPT.
Chamber Of Deputies And Senate Dissolved. FACTITOUS INFLUENCES. siralian Press Assn.—T'nlted Service.) CAIRO, July 20. The Ministry has sect a letter to King Fuad advising him of the dissolution of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate in accordance with the Royal Decree. The letter says Cabinet, after a lengthy Btudy of the situation, found there was no alternative but to concentrate on ridding the country of factitoua influences. A normal course could not be resumed unless the public was made aware of the realities, and understood that the breach between the parties had been provoked artificially, to benefit a small group which had not ceased its efforts to monopolise power and make co-opera-tion a sham. This group had abandoned itself to the party spirit, which was most dangerous to the public interests. The Ministry undertakes, during the suspension of the Parliamentary regime, to establish a reign of justice, to assure equality, to uphold liberty and, within the limits of the law, to carry out reforms.
