AUSTRALIAN "RIDS" TRIUMPH. (Received 11.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. Ihe Trade Union Congress passed a resolution in favour of affiliating with the Pan-Pacific Secretariat, which is allied with the Moscow Internationale. The 'Red" section regarded the Congress' a-tion as a triumph in tactics in which Mr. J. Garden is the central figure.
