MOTORING FATALITY.
NEGLIGENT DRIVING CHARGE. NO CASE AGAINST BOY. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) ASHBURTON, Friday. A case arising out of a motor fatality on the night of June 15, when Frances Ivy Maud Bishop, aged 19, lost her life, was dismissed to-day by justices of the peace. Donald Braby Coleman, aged 17 years, was charged with negligent driving, but after a brief consideration the Bench stated that the police had not made out a prima facie case.
