A CORRECTION.
TAIPUHA TIMBER RIGHTS. PETITION" AGAINST GRIFFIN DISMISSED. In reporting a case in the Supreme Court yesterday, in which the timber rights in six acres of bush at Taipuha, North Auckland, were in dispute, the names of the plaintiff and defendant were transposed. It should have been stated that the Hosking Sawmilling Trust and L. F. Johnston (Mr. Beckerleg) applied for an interim injunction to restrain Maurice Griffin (Mr. Steadman) from continuing to cut timber from the, bush until the ownership of the timber rijrhts had been decided by the Court.
