HUNTLY, this day.
! Municipal accounts for the year ended March 31, 1928, show that the town's (assets amount to £17,906 0/2, liabilities ' £2232 J'. leaving an apparent surf plus of assets over liabilities of £15,673 19/2. From this must be deducted £13.200 for Town Hall loans, which still shows the town to possess assets in the vicinity of £2473. Taken on tbe whole the position is regarded as & very satis* factory one.
