DANGEROUS DRIVING.
HOTOKL'A MOTORIST FIXED £0. (Hy Telegraph.—Own Correspondent ) KOTOHUA, Wednesday. Convicted 011 a charge of dangerous driving. 11. Duiigey was fined £.1 by Mr. F. W. JMatts, S.M., to-day. Dungey's oar struck a motor cycle ridden by \V. Styles, who had F. E. Heard with liim as a passenger. Styles' leg was broken. In delivering judgment after he had visited the scene of the accident, the magistrate commented on the action of the defendant iu going to the hospital with his witnesses and trying to induce Styles to admit that the collision was accidental.
