TUG GOES DOWN.
Collision With Steamer At Yarra
River Mouth. THREE OF GREW SAVED. (Received 10.80 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. A collision between the bay steamer Edina and the tug Hovell at the entrance of the Yarra River, resulted in the Hovell sinking instantly. Three of the crew were rescued in an exhausted condition.
