Lowgarth D.C., 3784 points J Opouriao D.C., 377# points ~ The judges, members of the Dairy Division of the Department of Agriculture, commenting upou the sections, said a high standaru 01 quality, make and Jinish was noticeable right through the whole of the exhibition staging of butter and cheese. In the butter classes, where the entries had been held for three months, the keeping qualities were splendidly maintained. Flavours were brisk and sound, bodies and textures firm and close, and the general finish excellent. In the cheese section the entries were well up to show standard. .Flavours were bright and clean, textures qlose, while the bodies were meaty. The makers were to be congratulated on the .high standard of general excellence they'had shown in their respective exhibit^ 1 , • os !
