In the butter classes, where the entries had been held for three months, the keeping qualities were splendidly maintained. Flavours were brisk and sound, bodies and textures firm and close, and the general finish excellent. In the cheese section the entries were well up to show standard. .Flavours were bright and clean, textures qlose, while the bodies were meaty.
