DIED IN HOSPITAL.
RESULT OF TRAWLER ACCIDENT.
Mr. John Veal, 65 years of age, who was admitted to the Auckland Hospital on May 23 as the result of an accident on the Sanford trawler Serfib, died at the hospital yesterday. Deceased slipped on the deck and fell down the hold of the trawler, landing on his head on the concrete floor of the cool chamber. He lived in Parnell and had no relatives in New Zealand as far as can be ascertained.
