ACTION FOR DAMAGES
SEQUEL TO COLLISION
Charles Baker, labourer, of Onclumga, ('aimed £11)79 from Thomas Gardner Exton, salesman, of Pa pa toe toe, in the Supreme Court to-day. The case is the sequel to a collision between a motor cycle and a motor car at the junction of Coronation I»oad and Mclntyre Koad. Mangrre, on July 30 last.
A jury was empanelled before Mr. Justice Blair to hear, the case. The jury visited the scene of the accident, and the hearing of the case is proceeding.
