BAY OF PLENTY RESULTS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, this day. The following additional trophies and prizes in connection with the annual meeting of the Bay of Plenty Sheep Dog Trial Club were presented by the Mayor of Opotiki, Mr. G. S. Moody, at the annual dance held under the auspices of the club: W. B. Kelly's memorial cup for the dog scoring the most points in an open yarding event, J. M. Butler's Tui; Farmers* Trading Company's cup for the dog scoring the most points in a huntaway, A. Ahler's sharp; A. G. Allan's trophy for the best two-dog team, A. "Ahler's Sharp and Jock; J. O Sullivan's gold medal for the novice scoring the most points in a huntaway, C. Gordon; J. M. Butler's cup for the novice man and maiden dog scoring the most points at the meeting, C. Gordon's Rock; Reid Bros', prize for the fastest heading time (class 3), J. Chalmer's Don; H. Butler's trophy for the dog scoring most points in classes 3, 4 and 5, J. Bird's Scud; "Meat and Wool" magazine's trophy for the best yarding dog, J. M. Butler's Tui; G. Anderson's trophy Tor the dog under best command in the huntaway, A. Ahler's Sharp; T. H. Pearson's trophy Tor the maiden dog scoring most points at the meeting, C. Gordon's Rock; J. Steptoe's trophy for the noieest huntaway, W. G. Butler's Ginger; T. Hitchen's trophy for the best pull-in, a novice event, C. T. Clark's Mutt; trophy for the youngest competitor scoring most points at the meeting, C. Gordon.
