COLONEL YOUNG ARRIVES

WELLINGTON, Monday.
In order to investigate and report upon the Dominion's meat export trad*> at the invitation of the British Government, Colonel Dunlop Young arrived at Wellington to-day by the Makura fnflt Sydney. Colonel Young hopes to B P e "® about two months in the Dominion then to go to Australia, where he wiD carry out similar investigations. He has - previously carried out work of a sinula* nature in other Dominions and Argentine.
Colonel Young, who has control of the [490,000 tons of meat that pass throngk the Smithfield markets annually, is making his first visit to the Dominion.
