DONETZ TRIAL.
ACCUSED BEFORE COURT. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 10 a.m.) MOSCOW, May 20. The Tass Agency states that sixteen of the men arrested at Donetz, in the Don Basin coal region of Russia, for alleged acts of sabotage in the mines, have pleaded guilty. Twenty-four others, including the German, Otto Meyer, have pleaded not guilty, while thirteen have pleaded partly guilty. The latter include a German, Bad Stieber, who has confessed to having assisted in the delivery of inefficient machines.
