GERMAN ELECTION RIOT.
SIXTY ARREBTS MADE. (United Service.) BERLIN, April 23. Sixty people were arrested in consequence of an election riot, in which Communists attacked a Steel Helmet demonstration in a working class district. Forty persons were injured, many being stabbed.
