" Sub-Lieutenant Prince Takamatsu, the second brother of the Emperor of Japan, sailed oil Monday morning on* a six months' training cruise aboard th<; cruiser Yakumo from Yokosuka naval base. He is scheduled to arrive in Wellington, New Zealand, on July 25.
