SUDDEN DEATH.
ONEHL'XGA RESIDENT EXPIRES.
Mr. John James Had win, of Athena Road, Onehunga, dropped dead earlv this morning at the coiner of Queen and Trafalgar Streets, Onehunga. Mr. Hadwin, who was 04 years of age, and resided with his son,* left home this mornmg at the usual hour for Auckland, and appeared to be in good health. He proceeded along the usual route through Nixon Street..and Upper Queen Street to the tram stop at Queen and Trafalgar Streets. It was while he was waiting for the car that he had a sudden seizure, and dropped to the pavement. He was carried into a shop, and Dr. W. Howard Thomas, who was immediately summoned, found he was dead. The body was removed bv the police to the morgue, and an inquest will be held.
